Oklahoma has a rich jazz history which is well documented and preserved by the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame. Tulsa native and former Broadway performer, Charles “Chuck” Cissel has been CEO of the Jazz Hall of Fame since his return to Tulsa in 2000. Cissel is an expert marketer and ambassador for this wonderful Oklahoma treasure. Marketing jazz as a product will be the focus of his presentation along with a few songs and history of the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame and the former Union Depot. See how the Oklahoma Jazz of Fame markets to a number of different target audiences, from major donors to school children, and “creates unity through music.” Everyone is invited to join the AMA for this special off-site meeting. Free parking & tours of the Jazz Depot will also be available across the street - West Lot; across from entrance.
